Resultado de imagen de april fool picturesIt seems that all started when the official Julian calendar, which celebrated the beginning of the year on April 1st, was changed into the Gregorian calendar in 1582, which set it on January 1st, as it is nowadays. At that time, news travelled slowly and it took a long time for people to know or get used to the new dates. As a result, some people still celebrated 1st April as the new year, so the rest called them "April Fool"; later the jokes and tricks developed and the tradition continues. Maybe your best friends turn funny on April 1st; you can think of pranks and jokes to play on people, but be ready to accept them too!
